Registration has now opened for the UNAWE International Workshop 2015. The workshop will take place during the World Space Week from 5 - 9 October in Leiden, the Netherlands. Workshop registration is open until 30 June 2015. The deadline for applying for travel grants is the 15th of June 2015.
The 2015 International Workshop will provide a space for educators, teachers, astronomers and members of the UNAWE network to share ideas, techniques and resources that have been developed and implemented by the programme and its partners. The workshop is organised in close collaboration with the European Space Agency.
Programme highlights include a talk by ESA's Rosetta Project Scientist Matt Taylor, an ESA Rosetta workshop by ESERO NL and workshop sessions by IAU astroEDU, Cosmic Light EDU and the new European Commission funded programme EU Space Awareness.
