The latest edition of the kids’ magazine Anorak is hot off the press and includes an EU-UNAWE feature in which Captain Redbeard explains how he navigates at sea using the stars, in keeping with this issue’s theme of Vikings & Pirates.
Anorak is a quarterly publication that launched in autumn 2006. The magazine’s stylish and clever illustrations are gender neutral and appealing to kids from a wide age group, from 6 to 12 years old. The English version of the magazine is stocked in many countries around the world and it is also available to buy online for £5 plus shipping (free delivery within the United Kingdom). The magazine is now also published in French and German.
With the magazine’s tagline of ‘The Happy Magazine for Kids’, Anorak perfectly fits with EU-UNAWE’s philosophy that learning should be fun. You can expect to see more features by EU-UNAWE in future issues of the magazine.
